Information regarding parent notification requirements when their children are identified as English Language learners (ELL)/Limited English Proficient (LEP)

Title III of the No Child Left Behind Act requires public schools to notify parents and guardians of students identified as ELL/LEP. To assist districts when informing parents/guardians regarding the notification requirements, the Ohio Department of Education has provided information in English and other languages.
