This section provides information regarding Sponsor Rules as addressed in the Ohio Administration Code 3301-102. The rules cover the purpose, definitions, approval of sponsors, sponsorship agreements, reporting requirements, payments, adjustments and deductions for community schools, and revocation of authority.
