The Ohio Technology Academic Content Standards are not being replaced but will be presented in a different format.
Content and skills addressed in the Technology Standards will be integrated into the model curricula of the state-board approved academic content standards. This format will support the implementation of the technology standards, help teachers to effectively integrate technology into their content areas and foster learning experiences that develop knowledge and skills that promote information, media and technological literacy.
The current format of the Ohio Technology Academic Content Standards will be revised to a new electronic document that provides a more focused presentation of the content.
